1 egg, 1 serving egg white - throw in some salsa - microwave for 2 mins - through in tupperware container and bring to work with a piece of fruit and a serving of low-fat yogurt - I just eat it at my desk if I'm in a rush - only takes 3 minutes and I'm out the door...
Breakfast burrito - make a healthy breakfast burrito ( I make about a dozen at a time), wrap it in saran wrap, nuke it for a few seconds and head out the door. I use egg beaters sometimes, whole eggs with more egg whites - depends on what I have. I had turkey sausage or turkey bacon, low fat cheese and wrap it all up in a flour tortilla - either spinch, tomato, or some other healthy, flour tortilla.
