Hello! I'm new to this board. I've been a Sparkpeople member since 2007. I used this site as a motivator to get in shape when I got married. Well, four years, one husband and a baby later, I'm back! I forgot how much I loved the diet and fitness tips on here. I'm hoping to maintain the weight I'm at now, as well as search for ways to fit regular exercise into our very busy lives. Hoping to meet some other working moms who could give me some ideas!
I'll never regret a work out, but I almost always regret not working out.
