I am *not* a resolution person but that doesn't mean I don't have goals :-)
I've just blogged about how I have 5-6 pounds to lose, which happened since Thanksgiving (lucky me).
I will get more exercise, which I will do with a sort-of job change (I'm on sabbatical this semester and will be working in a lab, where I can do lots of walking around while working, including the free stairmaster they give you at work - meaning I won't take the elevator).
I will be nicer to my husband and family - I've been pretty cranky lately and it's time to stop that.
My goals for 2011:
- Be mindful of my choices
- Set regular monthly goals for weight loss & new physical activities
- Live with my 2011 budget (I created a spreadsheet and I will track my spending into my 'buckets')
goals for 2011
finish all my pre-reg's for the nursing program.
get to my goal weight of 145.
buy a home.
get a car.
hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! :)
We have to be the people that we want our children to be.
My resolutions for 2011 is to loose the 10 lbs I gained during 2010. In the beginning of 2010, I was 5 lbs away from where I wanted to be. I tried and tried to loose the extra 5 lbs and at the end something happened and instead of loosing the 5 lbs, I gained 10. What happened you asked? I have no idea. I just got too lazy and too tired to exercise. I need to get into my routine again and fast. All my weight always goes to my stomach, so I am at the point where it's hard for me to breath now. I have to loose the weight.
It maybe too late to go back and make a new start, but it's not too late to make a new ending.
I eat to live. I don't live to eat.
My goals for 2011 are:
1. Maintain my goal weight for the entire year
2. Get my husband and son active again
3. Make one new sparkpeople recipe per week
With 2010 coming to a close, I'm thinking of how much I've accomplished this year and what I'd like to change up in 2011. What are you planning on changing/doing in 2011?
