I did not think to use a different thread that the March Challenge Thread, but here we are.
Complete update on my blog. I am down to 910 minutes. I am counting Cardio Minutes. I do
do yoga, areobic and strength on top of that. I have seen some changes already.
I know now I can wath a show I recorded on a different night than the night taped. I also have found the beauty of working out in the evening, and a decent bed time.
I am also going to keep a weekly videoblog in addition to my daily blogs.

1.) Log in everyday and get login points and Bonus Spin
2.) Do 30-45 minute on WII Fit Plus
3.) Contine to drink 4 glasses of water before each meal
4.) Burn at least 265 cal a workout
5.) Take it one day at a time.
6.) Take time for me.
