A little set-back with healing back injury means less exercise right now but can still get my 10 mintue intervals in for walking. It all adds up! emoticon

I am so happy. I got up today and the first thing I did was workout on my Wii Fit Plus.
So far I have in 360 cardio minutes toward my goal of 1000. I only have 640 left to go. I could spend the next 26 day only working out about 25 minutes a day and coast my way to the 1000 minutes. I think that would defeat my purpose for the challenge. I want to make it a habit of working out every day. Really 45 minutes a day is not so bad. Even if I have to break it up into 3 15 minutes segments I want to make it a habit. So if I but on the brakes and slow down to only about 30 minutes a day I would only be feeding the of bad habit of working out is to be avoided at all cost. Besides who know how many minutes I can actually do this month. Only time will tell.

More than a little sore and stiff. Did 90 minutes in the pool and 46 on the WII FIT PLUS... total now is 226 minutes. I now know I need to watch my salt. I thought it was in contro but not the last couple days. So as I sit here beside me is a 52 ounce glass of water 3 of those a day is equal to 19.5 glasses of water. I am going to see if I can beat the stress monster tonight (SEE BLOG FOR REASONS) and the muchies with an extra 52 ounces....

I'm getting my exercise during the work day by walking in 10 min. intervals for my breaks and at lunch. I do Richard Simmons' STTO tapes at home and stretching exercises. Hoping for good weather so I can walk outside as the snow disappears this month. emoticon

I did not think to use a different thread that the March Challenge Thread, but here we are.

Complete update on my blog. I am down to 910 minutes. I am counting Cardio Minutes. I do
do yoga, areobic and strength on top of that. I have seen some changes already.
I know now I can wath a show I recorded on a different night than the night taped. I also have found the beauty of working out in the evening, and a decent bed time.

I am also going to keep a weekly videoblog in addition to my daily blogs.
