First I would like to thank all of you for taking the time to read this.
I also want to that all of you who are working toward your goals.
I have let my goals slide and that is not ok.
I am going to issue the following challenge to you all.
March has 31 day, 5 weekends and 4 full weeks.
The Challenge is to log 1000 fitness minutes.
That is about 33 minutes a day counting weekends.
Or about 44 minutes with weekends off.
You can do each day’s challenge minutes in smaller blocks such as 10 minutes at a time.
I will create a thread just for this challenge to discuss how you are doing and to get support.
Set goals for yourself. Like; I want to lose 4 pounds by March 31st: I want to lose 2 inches off my waist by March 31st; etc.
Post these goals in the challenge thread and we can help everyone to try to reach their goals.

1.) Log in everyday and get login points and Bonus Spin
2.) Do 30-45 minute on WII Fit Plus
3.) Contine to drink 4 glasses of water before each meal
4.) Burn at least 265 cal a workout
5.) Take it one day at a time.
6.) Take time for me.
