Well I started to get myself in the habit of doing 33-45 minutes a day on the 24th. As of today I have lost 5.6 pounds. I have yet to see anyone else willing to try this challenge. Well I have and will continue even if it is on my own. I have a goal of being 8-10 pounds light by March 31st..

Goals
1.) Log in everyday and get login points and Bonus Spin
2.) Do 30-45 minute on WII Fit Plus
3.) Contine to drink 4 glasses of water before each meal
4.) Burn at least 265 cal a workout
5.) Take it one day at a time.
6.) Take time for me.

Hello Everyone-
First I would like to thank all of you for taking the time to read this.
I also want to that all of you who are working toward your goals.
I have let my goals slide and that is not ok.
I am going to issue the following challenge to you all.
March has 31 day, 5 weekends and 4 full weeks.
The Challenge is to log 1000 fitness minutes.
That is about 33 minutes a day counting weekends.
Or about 44 minutes with weekends off.
You can do each day’s challenge minutes in smaller blocks such as 10 minutes at a time.
I will create a thread just for this challenge to discuss how you are doing and to get support.
Set goals for yourself. Like; I want to lose 4 pounds by March 31st: I want to lose 2 inches off my waist by March 31st; etc.
Post these goals in the challenge thread and we can help everyone to try to reach their goals.
