I m thankful for for my family, My new great niece, my son and daughters. I health and the ability to make it better by eating healthier and losing weight.

What are you thnakful for?

1.) Log in everyday and get login points and Bonus Spin
2.) Do 30-45 minute on WII Fit Plus
3.) Contine to drink 4 glasses of water before each meal
4.) Burn at least 265 cal a workout
5.) Take it one day at a time.
6.) Take time for me.
