Every couple days I will be sending out SparkGoodies to random team members. I do read your blods and if I feel you need a pick me up more than others that will be you day.

Please check out the blogd from Callikia and Mustang_Sally2. They had blogs on evaulate ing the weekend & It doesn't matter what the score board says.

1.) Log in everyday and get login points and Bonus Spin
2.) Do 30-45 minute on WII Fit Plus
3.) Contine to drink 4 glasses of water before each meal
4.) Burn at least 265 cal a workout
5.) Take it one day at a time.
6.) Take time for me.
