Goals
1.) Log in everyday and get login points and Bonus Spin
2.) Do 30-45 minute on WII Fit Plus
3.) Contine to drink 4 glasses of water before each meal
4.) Burn at least 265 cal a workout
5.) Take it one day at a time.
6.) Take time for me.

try a stew in the slow cooker..put white beans (or whatever beans you like) tomato's,peppers,onions,corn,and taco seasonings,or cayenne pepper flakes.

edit: oops I forgot also add a jar of tomato sauce and some water

A good Jamie recipe for chicken thighs? My daughter is now a chicken thigh addict. I need some way to make it healthier that just cooking it in pasta(homemade) or in rice
