Jamie makes preparing meals less intimidating - I get in a rut and don't try new things. After seeing him whip around the kitchen in a flurry, I'm apt to give a whirl too.
I appreciate his attention to where the food comes from, and keeping things natural. Makes me pay attention to what I buy (is it locally grown, or is it organic, etc?)

I love the series and love Jamie Oliver and his caring ways. I want to eat healthier and feed my children healthy as well. Jamie has truly inspired me even more. I just hope his show returns and does not get canceled.

So what have been your thoughts on the Series? It made me to a lot of rethinking what I ate and what I feed my family.
