Hey, I'm new to this team.Haven't used too many of Jamie Oliver's recipes, but what I have I absolutely love! This stew is one of my favorites! My mom came to visit a month ago and she wasn't too sure about it because it has some different things in it, but she LOVED it.Anyway, just thought I'd share it.

Now if I can just convert all of the measurements to something that I can understand, I'll be golden! That's my only gripe about his website... grrr... Why does the US have to use a different set of measurements than the rest of the entire freaking world?!

I've been in the mood for soups, chilis and stews lately since the weather has cooled quite a bit. Actually, I've been wearing a lot of sweatpants and hooded sweatshirts around the apartment lately, so I really need to figure out how to turn on the heat in my new apartment... but that's another story.
I went to the Jamie O website this morning and found this awesome looking stew that I think I'm going to try cooking tonight or tomorrow night. I think I have some frozen stew meat from my mom in the freezer so it will probably be tomorrow night before that thaws out. I kinda learning to love the fact that my mom has decided to raise some cattle on her land even though cows in general FREAK ME OUT... my freezer is full of really lean beef now!
