Does anyone have any good summer recpies. I am running out of ideas

1.) Log in everyday and get login points and Bonus Spin
2.) Do 30-45 minute on WII Fit Plus
3.) Contine to drink 4 glasses of water before each meal
4.) Burn at least 265 cal a workout
5.) Take it one day at a time.
6.) Take time for me.
How about a cold pasta salad? I have also been making pinwheels for my niece's lunches (tortilla, cream cheese and ham or turkey rolled up and cut into bite-size pinwheels).

Agreed! And some nights I'm just not into "grilled" foods. I just want something light and cool.
It's been so hot out lately that I haven't been wanting to cook much. I'd love some ideas of things that don't require so much cooking and definitely no baking, LOL! I've been eating a lot of salads and fruits lately but I would welcome any new ideas! I'm going to have to go through my Jamie O cookbooks and see what would be perfect on nights like these. Gazpacho maybe?
