You know, I don't really have recipes that I make over and over again. I love just trying new ones so much that I hardly ever make the same thing twice. Is that strange?

I like having stock standard favourites that I can turn to without too much trouble or effort. I don't find them repetitive or lacking lustre and if so, just add a bit of spice or zing to it :)

It is good to try new things, but it is always good to have a few favourite meals up your sleeve if those new ones don't work out!

does anyone find that favorites become less so after a few weeks or months of eating them?

I make a lot of my meals often, since they always turn out great, but I also do cook different recipes as well! I love to cook! :)

How many of you when you find a recipe or meal idea that you really like keep making it time and time again? I know that I do.
What do younguys think? Do younthink it's a good idea to develop a habit of eating a particular food (healthy of course...like the applesauce from the Food Revolution book :D) or do you think that it would be better to keep trying new things?
