I already shared this under the cozy fall recipe topic.But this is one of my favorite.It's such a nice,comforting fall stew.It's relatively easy to make and the ingredients weren't too crazy.The only thing I couldn't find and left out was the jerusalem artichoke.When I calculated the calories it was 347 calories and 9 grams per cup.A little high but so good, I just plan for it and just eat a little lighter throughout the day.

I haven't ventured tooo terribly far from what I cook. My husband took a peek at the book yesterday to make sure I wasn't feeding our family "garbage" over the newt week (I am doing a full Jamie Oliver week) and said "hey, you already cook this"...so, should be okay.
I began with the spaghetti, but didn't blog it as I always make ours from scratch and can it. We add meats and spices etc.
Tonight I want to cook the butterflied steak with portobello mushroom. I suck at steak so this should be interesting.
