Hi everyone, I'm happy to say I survived my 1st week on SP and feel great, I'm done 5 lbs and with ALL my trigger foods out of the house I don't feel tempted at a weak moment to eat!! I am making a lot of homemade soups which are filling and healthy. I chose water exercise because I have a bad knee,I feel great after the pool and hot tub!! I hope to keep my motivation on cue with help of my SP friends and this great website. Good health to all!!
