I have been thinking about this for awhile. I know that health wise I want to ramp up my journey this year. Last year I kind of cruised through it and well you can tell now. 20 pounds gained I think last year. NOT good.
My big thing is to declutter my life. I think that covers everything. My body, my home, my work space ect. I am going to stop procrastinating on stuff and doing more. I don't want to fail so not going to make it a huge comittment but want to spend like 1 hour each week at least doing something at home to de-clutter. I have quite a chore ahead of me. But a little at a time keeps it from being over whelming!! I think if I can accomplish that I will feel better over all about everything! And 15 minutes a day at the shop getting stuff organized and decluttered. My workspace is a mess these days.
I am going to refocus my journey too. Intensify my workouts. Add my yoga back in. Stop making excuses about my situation. I've done it before and know I can do it again!!
