June Goals: 15 pounds, 100 pushups a day challenge in 6 wks and keeping up with everything! LOL I find myself so behind and am getting organized....hope all of you have a great month planned! I lost 4 pounds in May so didn't make my 10 pound goal...looking forward to a better June for sure! Ciao!
Continue to TONE with Pilates/weights/cardio combo because it's working. Log at least 2000 fitness minutes for June. 25/25/25 Challenge (25pushups/25squats/25crunches daily, work way to 100/100/100) Log Breakfast daily in SparkDaily challenge and also Food Tracker Run at least 10 miles in June. (this will be my hardest goal to reach) Track food at least 3 times a week. (also very hard for me) Have fun! Go swimming in my bikini! Own it!
Here it is June already! Wow. Ok. my goals are 1) to continue to stay on track with eating. 2) do at least an hour of some kind of exercise a day. 3) complete the challenge here on our Spark's Daily 4) work on my water painting an hour a day 5) read something interesting Guess that is enough..huh?? oh yeah..keep my sense of humor:-)
