Goal is to continue working on toning up! Starting an hour long Y Lift class (hour of lifting) and then hour long Pilates class on Tues/Thurs at the gym and really looking forward to that. Going to focus on cardio Wed/Fri. Also doing the Bootcamp - Spring into Shape.
Ok, here it is May!! My goals are to continue to work out daily, at least an hour. I hope to drop two more lbs. Would love it if it were more, but don't want to have a let down. I am doing the May Boot camp, so this should help me with my plans. Go Sparkies!!!
