I have a 5 times a week at least 20 min a day streak going. Almost 12 weeks. First time I have been able to keep it up. Start small. ..15 min if thats all u can do. Small steps lead to big rewards! i didn't do anything yesterday either so gonna go walk here in a bit. Nothing fancy!
