I am trying breakfast for supper while I don't have many family here. Kind of slows my overeating. Seems a bowl of cereal is just that.
One of my best times this summer was when DS took us to a Japanese restaurant for our anniv. GD and baby Zai were visiting. He's 20 months. He was so good. He can really enjoy eating rice, etc and he love ginger. I mean he LOVES it. He is learning early to eat some things that are good for him.
love to cook with the squashes-grate them and add a little olive oil,chille powder ,grated coconut,turmeric and salt and cumin seeds-delicious!
Indian standard Time!Now 54 yrs old.Had a Sleeve Gastrectomy and like most of us who have had this survey-it is a welcome surgery and ,howeer a radical lifestyle change-in diet,exercise,evrything.Weight is down by 20 kilos.That is a whole new me but I need to lose a couple of 5 more kilose hopefully due to newly diagnosed psoriatic arthritis.Well here's to all of us ,everybody!
I like to make my own sald dressing from vinegar and summer fruits like raspberries, strawberries and pears. I make a lot of salads during the summer. I also make chutney from fruits and vegetables to serve with my chicken dishes.

My husband and I like to use fresh veggies from the garden. We saute yellow sqash,zucchini, onions and red and green peppers. Don't even need oil as the veggies are watery enough. we just season with Mrs Dash assortments. Yummy.
