Hey guys, my dad has lost 60lbs this year and he looks great. He has also brought his A1C down from a 8.5 to a 5 even and he credits coconut oil. He is now on oral meds for his diabetes and like I said the weight from his belly is gone. He says avocado and coconut oil are to blame!!
I use a little bit of it in cooking, and just plain out of the jar as a snack. We like the unrefined kind in stir-fries.

Hi Gals we sell it at the store where I cashier.
Also the coconut water to drink, and we sell a lot of it, altho I haven't tried it myself yet.
Rosalyn Larson I am so happy to be on Maintenance.
It took 2 years but it was worth it. I am going to keep it in a 5#s range up or down. My Promise is I will never ever do that to myself again-----Rosalyn
I've been using it for over a year, inside & outside my body! It's wonderful. Ofcourse, as it has gotten more popular, it has gotten more expensive! There is a team devoted to coconut oil, milk ect. You can get great ideas & info there

Benefits of coconut oil. I was able to find it at Walmart. It's not cheap. I read on the label it is for cooking over medium heat and good in baking. Have you used it?
Here's some info from Dr Oz website....
