Pack a healthy lunch every day. I also now pack breakfast. Got this wonderful little vented lid mug from kmart.com by corningware. It's awesome. I crack a couple eggs w/laughing cow cheese a 1 minute task before work. and then viola protien hot breakfast after I microwave it for 2 minutes. I'm very much convinced that breakfast is very important. It keeps my hunger in check and my lunch is very healthy too. Mandatory 1 serving of fruit + 1 serving of veggies in every single lunch = my new workday rules. M-F I'm feeling in so much control. The weekends aren't as great. Not the same routine. But we went to FatHeads last night...yah just like the name indicates.... but I got french onion soup and salad with Oil and Vinegar... and that was just exactly what I wanted. I like being in this place. I'm calm and trying to make these small changes. Ok.. so I snagged a couple homemade potato chips off my hubby;'s plate... but that was it! Ha ha ha...
I TOTALLY agree with that, I promised my son I would get my office cleaned & put together this week, but stuff just keeps coming up! Also, I HAVE to get more consistant with my work outs, no more excuses!
