I looked and looked for the magazine finally since not with all the one I looked through found a worker and asked it the magazines around the check out stand is all of them she said NO come with me...OH...boy.....hundred of more to go through...finally said forget it ...and as I quit looking I saw Dr. Oz's head ...yep....felt like putting them out in front so everyone could see them.
While not exactly 'Dr Oz's recipe...I've made a similar green drink by juicing
1 small bag of baby spinach, 2 stalks of celery, 1 grannysmith apple, a cucumber and a small bunch of parsley and a slice of fresh ginger. Add the juice from half a fresh lemon right before drinking.
The family refuses to even try it ....LOL.
I like it though it might be even better cold, but definitely a taste you might have to 'acquire'. But the plus of juicing is you can experiment with different combinations to find a balance you enjoy.
They are all good for you!!!
My family of course loves fresh orange juice and carrot-orange-apple combinations as well.
