Something else that I was thinking that might help our team, is instead of having a weekly weigh in we will weigh in on Dec 1 and then we aren't going to worry about what that scale says for a month. Instead of focusing on that number going down I would like us to focus on the other positives we are getting by boosting our fitness minutes for the month.
So try to stop by and weigh in on Dec 1, and then put that scale away until January 1, 2012. If you would still like to weigh and post weekly that is fine as well. And of course there will be recognition for all your hard work this month.
