Today I did weigh in and I had gained 2.6 pounds. I am not letting it get to me or give up, because I know that can happen from time to time. I still did my workout tonight, and I am hoping for another warm day tomorrow so that I can walk outside.

I think I am going to change my weight in day to Sunday as well, it makes since to me also to try not to over indulge on the weekends. I know how Losing it Big feels. I have no children to motivate me, all I can say is believe in youself and know there are people who believe in you, that's what really helps me. I have learned that you have to think of yourself sometimes to become healthy. Even though I have no children, I have put all others before me and after several years of watching The Biggest Loser I have found once the contestants start putting themselves first to be healthy seems like everything else follows. I joined the gym with a couple of friends when one of my friends had to have surgery and we postpones working out till this one frieng got better, when I went ahead and started to work out with my personal trainer (because I was thinking of me) the friend who had surgery got mad at me and now doesn't talk to me. I needed to do this for myself and no one else, and i hope one day this person will realize this. So keep your head held high, I know you will find your motivation again. Good luck to us all.

My weigh in day has changed to Sunday, because I am trying to be a little more responsible and not over eat on weekends. This past Sunday I was back up again to 241, but part of that is due to mother nature. But I have also been struggling with working out here lately. I was doing really good when my girls wanted to walk with me, but now it is like I have no motivation. Even the contest at work was not enough to get me moving again. I am going to try harder this week though.

I weighed on Wednesday and was pretty discouraged as the scale told me (3x) that I was 136.2. Since I wasn't sure if that was last week or this week, I weighed again this morning as I was getting dressed and had to again do it three times as I was sure it was wrong telling me I was 133.8. I did up my exercise again this week as we have a challenge going on at my gym, but I wasn't expecting that! Lesson learned? Don't let one weigh in get you down!

I weighed in Sunday and I was at 239, so I managed to lose that extra I had gained the previous week. And I didn't really do any of my exercises. So that made me feel good, now here is to hoping for another good week.

Congrats to those who lost this past week. I got on the scale and it had went up 1 pound, which was frustrating. I haven't done much this week, so I don't see a good weigh in this week either. But I will keep plugging away.

I don't always remember that it is Wednesday but that's my weigh-in day (it's all about the "W"). My bathroom floor is uneven so I have to move the scale around to make sure I'm getting an accurate read. This policy was important this morning as my first read was high again (137.4) but when I moved the scale I found myself with three 136 readings! Slow and steady wins the race! [3.5 months and 8 pounds] And my measurements were all a tiny bit less too. I'll take it.
