That's great and it's sure to be because of your consistant working out! I think you really do have a workout buddy but she's inside yourself!!

I've been doing great! I have been going to the gym most days (not always on Sunday). I've been going to yoga twice a week and I think I have greatly increased my flexibility. I'm eating healthier too. I've lost about 13 pounds and I'm only a few pounds from my goal.

I'm lacking a workout buddy right now which sometimes makes it a bit challenging but I've been good about dragging myself to the gym anyway!

Great Job everyone!!emoticon

We're getting this done!

I'm down 13 pounds.

Great job everyone. I have lost 11 lbs, lost inches, and built ALOT of muscle. I am about 10 days from completing Insanity. I love Insanity. I have transformed my entire body!

BORNAGAINBRAT -Congrats to you on quitting!! That is harder than anything else I have ever tried to do! Oh I would say 14lbs is great too.

I am so proud of myself. In the last two months, I have lost a few pounds, but more importantly, I am exercising on a regular basis!! I have even got my family to exercise with me. I didn't really lose anything the first month, but I am gaining momentum and learning a lot about myself in the process. I am so excited and I keep myself motivated by including my family.

I have lost 17 pounds as of my last weigh in (last Thursday) and I'm having a good week so far. I am starting to see some results from my exercise routine and most of all I am feeling better about myself. It's been a great two months!

I have learn so much those 2 last months! For instance, I realized that I didn't eat as healthy as I though I was BUT I found confirmation that some of the best secret I already apply in my daily life. I became more aware of my eating habits and took a better control of portion. My appetite is reduced as I eat slower, minding more about every bits. I also gain a few really inspiring friends, like Wendy and Roseemoticon, Cloths feels looser, I do workout 3 times/week and walk at least 20 minutes every other days. But most of all, I'm grateful for all those positives changes and impact in my life. emoticon

Thanks for reading !

I've lost 10 lbs and 2 pants sizes. Went from no exercise or just a few walks/week to daily exercise -- I think that has been the reason my pant size is shrinking. I've always eaten pretty well-- but I did stop drinking diet pop daily. And I'm consistent and determined now... this aint over, ever. That I think is my biggest change.

I have only lost 2 pounds so far. I feel off the wagon for awhile. But I have picked it back up.

I think the biggest changes that I have made are being aware of how much I had been eating and dealing with stress in a healthy way. I have lost twelve pounds since starting SP, but I haven't lost any this week. The peace of mind that I've gotten from eating right and handling stress trump the scale.
