I have learn so much those 2 last months! For instance, I realized that I didn't eat as healthy as I though I was BUT I found confirmation that some of the best secret I already apply in my daily life. I became more aware of my eating habits and took a better control of portion. My appetite is reduced as I eat slower, minding more about every bits. I also gain a few really inspiring friends, like Wendy and Rose
, Cloths feels looser, I do workout 3 times/week and walk at least 20 minutes every other days. But most of all, I'm grateful for all those positives changes and impact in my life.
