SparkPeople is excited to partner with Livemind to introduce;SparkPeople eMeetings& our new online support meetings!

We designed these meetings to provide SparkPeople members with live support and motivation. Each week we’ll cover a different topic related to weight loss, exercise, healthy eating or motivation to help you meet your goals.



We'll ask you to participate in the meeting, and then afterward join a SparkTeam where you can give feedback on the process. We'll start with a small group to get an idea of what works well and what we need to adjust before we launch the feature to the rest of the site.


All you need to access the meeting is your computer with Internet access (webcam is optional) and a phone.

Each meeting is limited to 35 members so sign up quickly! Any questions, just SparkMail me!

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
