I usually do my morning workouts indoors anyway, so that shouldn't change much.
I'm thinking of investing in snow shoes (we are in a bit of a snow belt so it can be VERY difficult walking through the yard in the winter) - although that would be great exercise too!
We are going to try and go public skating often with the kids, and maybe public swimming as a break from the winter.

How do you stay motivated in the colder weather?
What exercises do you do when the temperature drops?
How do you keep fron giving in to holiday treats?
