I am sorry you are discouraged, I haven't even been on Spark people much, due to the amount of work load I have. I pretty much just have access to a computer when I am at work and if I can't on early before my day starts or on my lunch break like I am doing today it doesn't happen. I too have been having a hard time making the time I need to exercise either at the gym or at the pool swimming laps. I use to get up and swim at 6am and then head into work, but it is so cold in the winter that I just don't most days. I am hoping now that spring is here, I can get back in the water and swim off some of this weight. I hope you find the time to make it to the gym or where ever you exercise.

emoticon that I am so slow at getting this Monthly Chat started. I have been a bit discouraged because people are not taking an active part in our team. Please people join in so that we can share in each others successes or failures. I need people to support me as I'm sure that you need people to support you.

The past couple of months I have not been very successful in getting my exercising in. I had the flu in February and I allowed this to slow me down. I have been sick off and on since then so I haven't started the exercising because I always feel so worn out. I am going to try to change this and exercise even if I don't feel like it. This is a goal for me and I hope that I will be successful.

I have been so busy the past couple of weeks and am looking forward to the next couple of weeks because I don't have very much scheduled for me to do. I also spent a fair amount of time today accomplishing the things that I wanted to have done. That sure is a good feeling. I hope that you are all doing well. Please take the time to share how you are doing.
