Great idea Anne!

This month (I signed up on May 5)...
I'll keep up my nutrition tracking
See if I can drop these last 2.5 lbs to total 50 lbs gone since May, by my birhtday the 8th!
Up my fitness committment. I've been serious lacking in ST, and I need to get back into the routine!
Finally, eat healthy and well on Thanksgiving without going overboard!
