I'm on the computer a lot, but I hardly post. It is hard to develop the exercise habit. I do mine most of the time. I feel so much better when I get over the "I'm tired after the commute & working all day" hump. I just finished some light cardio & weights. Have a great night! And thanks for responding!
I am not on the computer very much. Such an excuse, just like not doing all my exercise.

I know the 2nd question fits me & I am sure it fits most who will read this post. In the words of Eleanor Roosevelt, "Do one thing each day that scares you."
