Afternoon everyone, Well I started my day with a walk for 30 mins and then came back home and ate a nice healthy breakfast. Then went and did some shopping and just came back home. Hi Everyone, Sorry I been MIA been dealing with family stuff, Dealing with 6 kids and stuff isn't easy you know. I put myself last and fell off track and then my laptop broke and had to wait till I could afford another one. Happy New Year Everyone.

Let yesterday stay yesterday and lets start a new year off to a good start by eating healthy and exercising more and making better choices. How many of yous made resolutions last year and didn't follow thru with it? I know i have and even fell off the wagon too. But this is a new year and a new beginning. We can do it team let's make 2014 a better year..............

So for my resolution is, I want to lose weight and to try and quit smoking and to stress less and work on my marriage with less fighting and exercise more and to love myself and to love my body cause I am sexy at any size.

Well Christmas was good and the kids had a ball. Dinner was good as well. No we never found hubby wallet. He has to go get a new drivers ID and all his stuff replaced and even the kids insurance cards too. Sorry I haven't been on lately just been so busy. Today is hubby birthday and he and three kids came down sick with a stomach bug. So we calling off new years eve and new years day. I only hope i don't get it next. Well I am making 2014 a better year. I want to work on my marriage and exercise more and to stay focus and on track. Wishing you all a safe holiday. Happy new years to all.

Well the swelling in my finger finally went down but it till a little raw on the sides of my knuckle. So wont be wearing a ring on that finger for a while. I was scared but he knew what to do thank god.

Today is my lazy day where I clean and do laundry. But I wanted to stop by and say hi to all.

Had a scary afternoon my finger swelled and my ring got struck my husband tried butter and nothing he had to cut my ring off so I think I need to watch my sodium and salt intake. My finger is still swelled believe it or not. I just got back from walking to get the kids from school and I also took them to school this morning. Tomorrow our town is having a x-mas parade so I am taking the kids to see it. It suppose to be nice and in the 60's tomorrow. Just figure I check in to see how everyone is doing. Hope all is well and everyone is keep warm.

Well where is everyone at this team just isn't moving......

Well not much going on today just enjoying some warm weather after it was cold for a while.
Got all my x-mas shopping done and has everything planned for x-mas dinner too. I plan on staying on track too. Just got back from walking and picking up the kids from school. I love walking them to and from. I sent out all my x-mas cards yesterday. So now all I have to do is just wrap all the gifts but for now I am just going to relax till x-mas.I can't believe this year is almost over and 2014 is near. Hope in 2014 I will lose this weight for sure. I just have to stay focus and on track and stick to a plan without quiting. Better go and get dinner started. Hope all is well with everyone and everyone is staying warm........

Well I totally fell off the wagon the last couple days, I made our family feast yesterday plus with drinking I am sure I over did it. But I had a good time and so did everyone else. I some how went down in size as before thanksgiving I was 226 on Monday and today I was 225. Don't know how but that what the scale read. I also got into a pair of my 16/18 skinny jeans too. They fit nice and comfy to. Well today I been eating healthy and right back on track today. Hope everyone is doing well and getting back on track. Talk more tomorrow good night.

Well Thanksgiving was nice and everyone had a great time We enjoy sugar free fudge, devil eggs,raw veggies and dip, banana bread,egg nog with rum, pina colada with rum for dinner we had turkey, garlic green beans with bacon, stuffing with celery,sausage, roasted yams, cranberry sauce, wheat and white rolls, Beef stew, pumpkin pie and banana cream pie Now we just relaxing at home and keeping warm. Hope everybody else thanksgiving went well too.

Been busy this morning baking a crust less pumpkin pie and sugar free fudge. Tomorrow making a 21 lb turkey and green beans with bacon and cauliflower. Mother n law is bring sausage stuffing and cranberries and 2 friends are bring rolls and yams. I am making my hubby beef stew and banana cream pie as he hates turkey. This week we been busy cleaning and moving furniture around. Well the tree is almost finish believe it or not. I am hoping to have all the ornaments on by today. Tomorrow I wont be on so wishing everyone a happy thanksgiving to all.

There are some foods that I don't miss if I don't get started. If I get started, watch out! Today it was all the Halloween candy at work - as if I don't know better! Yikes!

I was looking at turkeys this weekend when shopping. They are still too high. Not sure if I will have Thanksgiving this year. Too broke!

Hi Everyone, Well things here has been very busy indeed. They never caught the person who stole the basketball set as they don't even have a clue. So we ened up getting a security camera for our front yard. As I want to feel safe again you know.
Then we had meeting with the kids school about how they doing in class. Thank god everyone of the kids are doing great. Making good grades and doing well in class. They even have nice teachers this year. They talking about making the kids schools uniform so we have to wait and see if they decide to or not. Me I rather not cause with 6 kids in school uniforms wont be cheap as they can be costly.
We got a new puppy she almost 6 mos old and she a Siberian husky. She was free. Someone place an ad in the paper and hubby always wanted one. So we been trying to house train her. She is so cute and sweet we name her Cierra. She gets along well with our other dogs that we have. So now we have four dogs,one cat,one breaded dragon,three birds. As you can tell we love pets.
Well it been getting on the cold side here as we only been hitting the late 50's to 60's. I had to clean all the kids jackets and get them ready. We even clean the backyard and took down the pool and pack up the yard stuff. Just in case it got too cold out.
We didn't do halloween as we never do. The kids don't need all that junk in the first place. I rather save my money for christmas you know. So I hope everyone had a nice halloween?
We still eating low carb and hubby doing his best. Once in awhile his sugar goes up but he trying that all I can ask for. he just don't understand if he eats his sugar is in the 200's and if he doesn't eat then his sugar is in the 80's to 100's. I don't understand it either. He cut out regular sugar and white bread and fatty foods. He been eating diabetic pasta, no carb speg. sauce, no carb jam, no carb peanut butter, pita bread, no carb tortillas, lean meats, tossed salads, corn,carrots,collard greens, devil eggs,egg salad,tuna salad and fruits for snacks. So I don't know what he doing wrong. He trying to eat more healthy.
Was wondering what does everyone make for thanksgiving? I am trying to plan and I don't have a clue on what to make. I want to keep it low carb for sure. Need ideas please.

Wow what a night I had last night. Gotten woke up by three kids throwing up and hubby too. Had to change sheets and do a wash at 5 am. I am so tired you wouldn't believe. I wish I knew what it was that making everyone sick. It has to be a stomach illness.
So my plan for today is to keep the other three kids in the living room with me while the rest get plenty of rest. I am gonna watch what I eat and drink plenty of water. Don't know if I be able to get a workout in or not gonna have to wait and see you know. Hope everyone is having a good weekend....

Hi Just checking in, Hope all is well with everyone. Been doing laundry since Saturday. I am finally on my last load of clothes. Didn't realized just how much laundry 6 kids and a husband could use in one week time wow. We had four loads worth. I was so happy this morning as I fit into a size 18 jeans that I couldn't wear before cause it was too tight and I couldn't zip either. Just shows you if you work hard it will pay off in the long run. Happy Sunday team keep up the good work.

Wow what a week I had, It feels so good to be up and about after spending all week sick and in bed. I got use to drinking my coffee black too. I ate a lot of sugar free jello's and broths and drunk black coffee,green tea I also slept a lot. I was shock to see the scale read 219.8 My question is when I start back to eating will I gained?

Im still here and trying,Things been very stressful as my grandma died and even known we wasn't close I still feel sad you know.So I had a few set backs and trying to start fresh. I gained too with all the stress I been under.Also my hubby diabetes isn't getting better his number are high and out of control. I am so worry about him you know.He trying his best and nothing.I sure could use support and motivation.By us taking the trip to bury my grandma put us in a hole where we cant pay bills I swear when it pours it pours. It been a very stressful time you know.

Hi It feels good to be back, I been sick for almost a week and I hated being sick. Yesterday was my first day back and it felt good to be back on track again.. This weekend I am talking it easy then fill force on Monday. I just got my Shaun T T25 workout and cant wait to start it on Monday. Hope everyone is enjoy their weekend.

Well my little one Birthday was on the 22nd but we had her party today and she enjoy every minute of it. Can't believe she 5 years old boy times sure do go by quickly. We got her a Bike and MobileGo 2 with 2 games. We also been busy with cleaning and painting and paying bills and running around like crazy. I haven't been on this week as I just been too tried. So I apologize for not doing the daily challenge. Will start back up on Monday. I just had a lot on my plate this week. The good thing is I haven't gain any weight this week as I am still at 221. I been eating healthy by making the right food choices.

How is everyone doing? Hope everyone well and doing good. How the eating and exercising going? Wanted to stop by and check in on everyone. Well hope everyone had a great week and weekend....

Well as for me, Been busy this week working out and eating healthy and staying on track. I been walking the kids to and from school. It feels good to walk them everyday. I also been cleaning up the house while they all in school. Doing one room at a time. I also plan on doing some painting the inside of the house. and we have a playhouse outside that i also want to paint. So sometime in Oct I plan on getting started. We been warm here as it been in the mid to late 90's. I weigh in this morning and I lost weight. I went from 223.6 down to 221.6. I am so happy the scale is moving.

Hi well today was a hot one. I wish it would start to cool down a bit here. Hubby took the kids to school and I walk to pick them up. Then after dinner we all took a family walk.which was real nice.
Our A/C been acting up for some reason it sending out a bad smell thru the house every time we use it. You get this bad taste in your mouth and eyes watery and turns your stomach. The landlord is sending someone out to fit it some time this week. I hope he gets here fast cause I cant stand the smell. It to the point we cant even use it and with our temperatures we need it.
I made a daily challenge if anyone wants to join me every day. I will be posting new workout daily.

Well I'm on 2 days of using the Electric cigarettes. It sure is different from regular cigarettes But I don't find myself smoking too much since I been using the electric ones. I figure I try them first and see. As for weight well I gain 2 lbs this week. I think it could be from trying to quit lol.
Other then that things are going okay. I been tracking my foods and drinking water and walking.

Morning, Well my plan for the week is to try and stop smoking and to stay on track with walking and eating healthy. I am trying to get over a cold that i got the other day. I hate being sick and coughing a lot. I shaved my boys and hubby hair over the weekend. It the only haircut I know. Hubby tells me I should open a barber shop and shave heads cause I do a great job. Well we starting to cool down a bit today we only going to be 91. We suppose to get rain. I hope not.

Hi woke up feeling great and ready to get back on track I can and I will lose this weight one day at a time. I had my breakfast which was some raisin toast and coffee. Now I am just watching the Miami Dolphins game. Gotta love football as it that time again. We big sports fan here as we loves the Yankee and Miami Dolphins and New York Giants. Had a wonderful birthday hubby made my day really special. This is a new week so I am planning ahead of time my menus and exercise for the week. Hope everyone else is doing good.......

Well feel much better today. The scale show 226 a one lb loss I take it. Also i turn 46 today. hubby gave me the day off. Him and the kids are doing everything. It hard just sitting still. figure I stop by and post on spark.hubby is making me dinner and he got a cake and the in laws are visiting. so far it been a good day. Did very good with my walking this week. I am proud of myself..Hope everyone is doing good and all well. Happy Saturday

I to get really frustrated with the whole weight loss thing. I swear I will never get back down to under the 200 lbs mark. I did once and blew it now it hard to get back down there but I am trying.
I been more active these past two weeks but for some odd reason I just keep climbing up. Today I step on my scale and it read 227 again. Yesterday was my first day of getting over the 10,000 mark of steps as I walk over 14,253 steps and did 5.9 miles and burned 2,696 cal and 5 floors. I was so very proud of myself. I woke up with my calfĺs and legs hurting. I didnĺt even want to get out of bed. But I had to get the kids ready for school. Hubby told me to take a rest day today so I did. As for my eating I been doing better I am eating 6 small meals a day now and staying within my points for WW. I even cut my carb intake down to 100 to 150 even. Been eating a lot of whole wheat foods and lean meats and lots of veggies and fruit. But like hubby told me I need to cut out my late night snacking and eating. So that what I will start doing as of tonight. I will see if that what doing it. We have been under a lot of stress lately due do money issues. Hubby been sick with the flu. So I been walking the kids to school and back this week except for today hubby drove them cause I was just too sore. Other than that Im just trying to figure out this weight thing. The motherboard on my laptop died. I will be without a computer for about 3 weeks! Thus, my SP time will be very limited.

I did the Corporate Challenge Tuesday. Fell. Did not do the whole route, but I cannot wait to do it next year! I WILL complete it!

Wow this team sure is quiet where is everyone?

Evening Everyone What a week I had. Monday I was with out a laptop for three days as the kids spilled my coffee on my desk and the next thing I knew my laptop bottom was wet and the laptop died. Hubby who knows about computers dried it and took out the battery and hard drive and blow it with some kind of spray. He let it sit like a V for three days. This after noon he put my laptop back together and would you know it working again. I really thought it was gone for good. He like you just have to let them dry out. I was so happy cause it a 1200 laptop and I didn't have the money to replace it. So that how my week started. Other then that things been good. I been walking the kids to school and back. I also been taking walks around the block too with the kids. So I been busy this week. My legs are killing me. Happy belated Labor day. Can't believe Sept is here wow time sure go by quickly. My birthday is near as it on the 7th and my youngest is on the 22. She turning 5. Well I am beat so I will call it a night. Hope everyone is all well and doing good..Good night

Happy Wednesday Everyone, Had a pretty good day today I track my foods and wrote a blog and posted on spark. Did some cleaning and laundry and food shopping and paid bills. Over all was a good day. Hope everyone else did good and track their foods.

Today I made better choice with eating as hubby took me to Denny's for Lunch and I choose off the fit menu and I had 8oz small round steak with whole grain wild rice and squash zucchini without the garlic toast and had a diet coke. Dinner was 1/2 cp steam rice, 1 cp of beef and broccoli, 1/2 of teriyaki chicken and diet coke.Breakfast i wasn't hungry but had coffee without sugar and only sugar free creamer. Dessert I had a small dish of ice cream vanilla. I am so proud of myself for making the right healthy choice when eating out so it can be done. How was everyone else's day?

I just can't get motivated today. I slept till 1 pm and hubby watch the kids. I think not sleeping the past couple of days has catch up to me. I also need to do laundry and I really don't feel up to it. But it has to get done.I have three cats and 4 dogs.Plus 6 kids at home so I'm always cleaning. My hubby says I am a clean freak. I just hate when my house is messy. Especially the living room and Kitchen area and restrooms.
I have a cold sore that is driving me crazy. Not only did I get sick but also my other two daughters Jen and Bre and My youngest Makayla is refusing to lay down so she can get better. So all four of us has a cold.I think it going thru the whole house. Well we have to go to back to school night on the 29th it from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
I step on my scale and it moving slowly as I was 222.8 and now I am 222.6 so i take it. Hope all is well with everyone. Hope everyone has a good day...............

Well my little one is home sick with a nasty cold so she had to stay home today from school. She was up like six times last night poor thing. I hate when the kids are sick. I found my fitbit after misplacing it for about couple of months. I was happy to find it now I can count my steps again. Did very good yesterday only had 31 pts out of 32 not bad. I been eating healthy and smart. I love using the WW online instead of going to the meetings. I hated the drive as it was 17 miles from me. I have about 92 lbs to lose and I will one day at a time. Cause this is a lifestyle change not a quick fix. One of my friends is using the skinny fiber have anyone ever heard about it. It suppose to help you lose weight by taking 2 pills with your biggest meals of the day for a total of 4 pills a day. She wants me to get on broad but I just don't know. The cost and I hate taking pills lol. I told her we see let me think about it. So if anyone is using it please let me know how it working... Hope everyone is doing well.

Well I am doing good today I walk and pick up the kids from school it was a nice 20 minute walk. Hubby from us walking on the way home and gave us a left as he went home and I wasn't there. He figure he be nice where it was very hot out. We been hitting 100's here in Adelanto Ca. So I got some exercise in at least. I walk a total of 3,000 steps just to the kids school not bad.
I am loving WW and their points system. I am taking one day at a time. Hope everyone else is doing good. Happy Tuesday everyone

Hi Well things are going good. I am now 222.8 from 225.8 Not bad I take it. I love WW and eating healthy. Hope everyone else is doing good. Today was my oldest boy birthday yea he turn 21 today. They sure grow up fast. Too bad he doesn't live with me. He in Ny on his own. So I hoped his day was special. The kids came home from school with a supply list as their teacher want them to have more stuff. so we had to run out and get it. Well I'm just taking a break from laundry and figure I stop by to say hello. Been cleaning and doing laundry today. I even started dinner as I am making a roast in the slow cooker. I love using my slow cooker cause I can put it on and leave it. It a life saver you know. Can't believe it Sunday already boy this weekend went by quickly. It doesn't feel like a Sunday to me you know. The in laws are coming over for a bit and they bring back the girls as they have school tomorrow. We order the summer slam and the whole family going to watch it. Husband just put on football so I just love football think I go watch it with him. That how my day is going how is your going? Hi Team well not much going on today just relaxing and enjoying the weekend. Got up this morning and made pancakes one of my girls help make them with me. Then hubby dad came by and took two kids with him for the weekend. They be back Sunday evening. Just trying to stay cool as it 100 outside. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Happy Saturday

Well today was a good day. I stayed within my daily pts and drink my water. We made it to 106 boy was it hot out. Just wanted to check in. Hope everyone else did good. Happy Friday

Hi Sorry I been MIA, We took the kids away for the summer and we just got back. Hubby wanted a no computers time away if you all know what I mean. We rented a nice cabin on the lake and it was nice. We got in today. It feels good to be back home. We went swimming and boating and fishing and hiking and just sit around the cabin. We had a lot of fun.
Well now that I am back. I hope everyone is saying on track and losing the weight.
