I managed to meet my goal for Thanksgiving: to eat only one small plate of Thanksgiving favorites & one sliver of pumpkin pie & one sliver of apple pie. I got my favs without over doing ti :) (which is huge since I'm on Predinisone & I get the munchies when I'm on that *eye roll* stupid med side-effects)
I can do ALL things through Christ, who strengthens me.
I'm in. Managed to maintain through Thanksgiving. I know I CAN DO IT for Christmas :)
130 pounds - new earrings
127 pounds- New fitness DVD
124 pounds - Dress from Athletica or Title 9
121 pound - Massage
Goal = New bikini :)
Last year I went bananas with the stress eating and gained 8 pounds over the holidays. This year, I am determined not to do the same thing! I started the 28 day bootcamp challenge and am starting week 2 today, so even if I can't get my normal workout in (I work in retail, this is a crazy time of year for me) I know I can at least work in the 10 minute video. So far so good and I'm feeling great! Woohoo! Love this challenge!

Absolutely! I gained 5 lbs recently so I'm determined to at least maintain this Holiday season - thanks for this challenge!
I am actually going for losing more during the holidays. I am finally going to weigh myself 31 December 2010, so I would like to see a 20 pound weight loss.
However, I am all for not just sitting on my butt for the holidays. Let's hit it ya'll!

This will be my 4th holiday maintaining my goal weight. I'll be starting out at 141 and hopefully staying there. Good luck to everyone and enjoy your holidays with friends and family instead of with food!
DIET IS A FOUR LETTER WORD!!!!
We are constantly creating our "karma" or destiny through our intentions, thoughts and deeds in this moment. It is achieved through countless deliberate acts of selflessness.
It's hard to be happy with others if we are not happy with ourselves.
Just keep on moving and you'll get there.
If you ever want to feel good about yourself, go out and help someone else!
Ho-ho-ho! It's the holidays and you know what that comes with a side off -- temptation! That's why this month's challenge isn't to really do this or do that, it's just about keeping the status quo. It's all about maintenance!
This month we challenge you all to maintain your weight. So get out there, eat your favorite treats (savoring every delicious holiday bite), move as much as your schedule allows (shopping does count as cardio if you walk fast enough!), take time for you and enjoy the season -- no matter what holiday you're celebrating!
Who's down for maintaining?
