Welcome Snoopy,
I have been part of the site for nine days. I love this site, it is full of inspiration and motivation.

Hi Snoop...I'm right there with you. I am also 33 and just now woke up and realized that I AM still young and have a lot to do, but if I don't get off my butt and do what needs to be done, my girls will be grown and away from home and I will have accomplished nothing that I want to because I am too tired from carrying this weight around. This site has really been motivating and easy to use. You are definately in the right place.

Hello Snoopy - I'm only 8 days in, but I'm so motivated and excited. The food tracker is my biggest weapon. I hope to build towards strength training, etc. but right now I am concentrating on just not overreating and stopping mindless eating simply because I'm bored.

I'm new to this team and I have 100lbs to lose. I feel as if I can lose this 100lbs then I can be truely happy and get and be where I want to in my life. I'm too young (33) to feel as if my life is over before it starts. So I'm here for support and motivation.
