You're never too old BJFREE - I'm 55 years young (the secret is to do it in your underwear....the contact with skin seems to keep it going longer)

bought a hula hoop at the dollar store and use it for about 3 mins. in the morning before getting dressed for the day.....is a great way to get energized for the day.
