You know, I look at it like this: I CHOSE to eat what I put in my mouth (when it is cookies and desserts) and when I chose to eat it, I CHOSE the CONSEQUENCES also. I don't get mad at myself for that, even though I KNOW I'm being stupid. I get mad at myself when I eat something that I didn't bother verifying if it did or didn't fit my diet -- because then, I didn't necessarily choose the consequences.
So give yourself a pass for being human. CHOOSE a date to get back on the wagon (sooner is better). Choose a date that those peanut butter balls go in the trash! Figure out the consequences and make your choice.

I ate a low carb tortilla with melted smoked jarlsberg cheese, and had my tea with cream too!
