I made Great Orange smoothies for everyone.....Soy Light, lots of clementines, baby carrots, Agave Nectar, Greek yogurt, apples, and ice. I also had some Shop n Save whole grain waffles. My ten yr old daughter made the rest pancakes. :)

congrats RUMBAMEL for losing 10kg - the interesting concoction you have for breakfast may have contributed to this!

Today was a typical local breakfast meal - curry puff and kuih dadar. Curry puff is a small pie consisting of specialised curry with chicken and potatoes in a deep-fried or baked pastry shell. Kuih dadar is a coconut stuffed pancake roll. Yummy and sinful!!
