emoticon I can't say it has happened often but I have felt what I would call a "Walker's High" similar to what I hear Runners talk about "Runner's High". When you do feel it you will never forget it.

Endorphins? What's an endorphin? I don't believe in endorphins; I've never met an endorphin in my life. Exercise doesn't make me feel good, it just makes me tired.

Seriously, I have never experienced an endorphin high. The closest I've ever come is an exhausted feeling of satisfaction that I reached whatever goal I had set myself.


Social events are extreme sports for introverts.
