For Monday:

Today I will drink at least 100 oz of water and cook dinner for DH & I. Today I won't give in to the desire to eat out for lunch. I have plenty of leftovers and healthier food to choose from at home to avoid spending money for lunch today.

Today I will use the nutrition tracker and get my HIIT and Core workouts in tonight. I will also accomplish at least one of my major to do tasks at work today.

Today I will not waste time on the internet. I have a bad habit of doing this... so after I post this and post on one of my other teams, I will update my nutrition and exercise and hop off til this evening...

DAY 2 I did not want to dirty my tablecloth so need a different plan of action. so will close computer while i eat. but lunch was eaten out.
Day 1 completed jouurnaled and even started a regular journal which i also put my food and exercise in and whatever.
day 1 -to journal and continue thru the 10 days
day 2 sit at table to eat meals and continue
day 3 increase water thru rest of days
day 4 add 10 min exercise continue
day 5 get on wii continue
day 6 track nutrition /calories continue
day 7 meat less day
day 8 soup before dinner
day 9 tea daily 2x continue
day 10 chair exercises
today is water day
