Thought I'd pop in and say MERRY CHRISTMAS. Our Christmas is going to be quiet. We're not going anywhere and staying home. And no one is coming over so it's just the 2 of us and the dog and 2 cats.

Probably just getting gift cards for Christmas but that will be fine. Hoping for some Kobo cards so I can buy some more books. I've read over 60 books this year but still have at least 50 books on my kobo before I'm going to order more.

It's been a pretty good year, hoping to get back under 180 before the start of the new year then going to concentrate on losing the last 20-30 pounds the doctor wants me to. She said I should be in the 150s somewhere but we'll see.

Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and here's to a successful weight loss in the New Year.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

I cleaned house now need to get something to eat. will call mom to see what she wants me to do before coming to pick her up. she is going to sleep over and we will set up room together . son will come early am and he will help also.

i want to reach my goal . was gonna wait til the first but decdied to do what i can and be myself on the days of holiday. so will be mindful of food intake and try to get some exercise in. come january i will start journaling and tracking.

current wt 221.4 but will use jan 1 weigh in for starting wt.

My weight is all over the place. I haven't been doing well with going gluten free. I think I am just going to have to go completely cold turkey after Christmas.

CT - I hope the ulcer clears up soon for you.

Leslie - Good luck in 2015. You will reach your goal.

Not doing well lately, stupid ulcer. Gained a bunch of weight back but I'm not going to worry about it or weigh myself. Going to start fresh in the new year. Only 3.5 days of work left and then the office is closed until after Christmas so looking forward to that. Hopefully can get my eating back on track when I'm at home for a week.

Still exercising and getting at least 10,000 steps in per day, well at least most days.

How is everyone else doing?

Christmas is almost here, i plan on restarting on Friday December as restarted with journal and start exercising then on January 1 is the day i will use as starting wt. currently have approx 20 lbs to get back in onderland again. I need to get serious. I will reach my goal in 2015,

How is December going for everyone?
I don't know if the batteries are goofy on my scale or what but according to the reading on Monday I lost about 9 lbs. Not sure how the heck that could have happened. I should update my challenge chart.

Good morning Happy Monday. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. My Thanksgiving was last month so it was just a regular weekend for me.

Snuck a peek at the scale this morning and not happy. Have gained 8 lbs since going on this ulcer medication. Doctor said not to count calories just watch food choices. Apparently watching isn't doing much since I have gained. I also hurt my hip and back so haven't been doing much exercise. It really hurts to sit, laying down or standing is better. My back is feeling better will be glad when it's pain free.

Seeing the doctor on Friday about my ulcer medication, may have to be on it longer, Saturday was really bad for pain, spent most of the time on the couch other than doing laundry and making some bread.

On the weekend went grocery shopping and bought stuff for salads so going to stick to that this week and see if I can't drop some of the weight I have gained. Also trying to get back to the one hour of exercise I was doing.

Today is my day of rest because after work and supper have choir practice. Tonight is dress rehearsal and performance is next Sunday. It's gone quite fast this year.

Well guess I should head back to work, it's almost lunch time. Having salad with salmon today with a tiny bit of balsamic dressing.

Hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend. Tomorrow I start tapering down on gluten. Oh boy, it is going to be harder than I even realized. I know logically that things like chicken noodle soup have gluten but didn't think that cream of chicken soup would - of course it does, flour is a thickener. Hopefully we will get a good portion of the pantry cleaned out this month.

had white turkey some stuffing. some mashed potatoes gravy and a roll. i passed on the green bean casserole. had apple crisp. some cookies . we may order pizza or not sure.

CT - glad to hear that you are feeling somewhat better. Hopefully this will all be over soon.

I am transitioning to gluten free during December (cleaning out the pantry and making glutenfree choices at the office and when out) and then going completely gluten free for Jan, Feb, and March at least. I'm hoping it will make a difference in how I feel.
We are getting rid of our breadmaker as well since I havent used it this year.

Starting to feel better. Meds for the ulcer are helping and my hip is finally in except I pulled a muscle in my back so now I'm on muscle relaxers to try and help plus lots of walking and stretching exercises. Hopefully after the weekend the muscle will feel better.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone who celebrates. My Thanksgiving was last month. Just a regular weekend for me. Going to rest, a little treadmill time and maybe some scrapbooking or just get my room organized. My BF is working on writing a novel so I've been trying to stay out of that room so I don't bother him. There's also the basement to tidy up and put stuff back in the china cabinet now that we're not moving. Lots to do this weekend but going to take it easy.

Doctor also said not to count calories or weigh myself until January. She just wants me to get better and not be worried about the scale or counting calories. Still trying to watch what I eat but I know that I've put on a little weight. That's okay, I'll start again in January.

Have a wonderful afternoon and a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend. Eat enough turkey for me too! :)

Not doing well, have no motivation. Doctor told me I'm not allowed to count calories or weigh myself right now because of my ulcer. I have to take my medication and eat the right foods so my ulcer will heal. Haven't weighed myself in a week so no idea where I'm at. Hopefully won't gain too much weight.

Have to go to chiropractor today after work. Last week my hip was out really bad and I don't think it's all the way in because still alot of pain and can't sit for long periods of time. Hopefully he can get it in this time. The other chiropractor wasn't sure he got it in because it was out really bad and was quite swollen. Hopefully this time helps.

Not much else going on just resting because of my ulcer. Just resting and I started scrapbooking again. That's been fun. Got my Christmas cards designed and some regular pages, just need to go through my photos and figure out which photos to use. Don't have many just a lot of cat and dog photos.

Well guess I better get back to work. hope the afternoon goes by quickly.

Woke up craving cream corn with black pepper, salsa verde and cheddar cheese. Not sure where it came from but we tried it tonight for dinner. It was yummy and easy. Definitely something that we will have again, especially if either of us is craving Mexican corn bread (jalapenos and cheese). I'm thinking next time I can get the no salt added cream corn and it should still be fine because of the salsa and cheese. I only used 1/4 cup of cheese for the whole can but then we did put about 1 tbsp of cheese on when serving.

I forgot to put my fitbit back on after I was charging it. That stinks because I was cleaning and doing laundry without it on.

Yes - I think avoiding tomatoes is the right way to go. I probably should give up dairy and wheat as well but what I found out this week is that I can eat pizza - as long as it doesn't have tomato sauce. This stinks - I really miss them because they are one of my favorite foods. I will have to go through the cabinets - I know I can make some food for my husband to use as lunches so that will be okay but we have a ton of tomato products.
My mom of course reminded me that I was diagnosed as allergic to tomatoes and chicken when I was younger - she never made me stop eating them though - weird. But that is the same as my other allergy - red dye. Oh well. I will figure it out.

I have been slacking with my steps and logging them this month. I had hoped for extra motivation but it doesn't seem to be working. I weighed in this morning and my weight is back up to 271 - not happy. This is the other reason that I think I will have to give up more than tomatoes - I gained 6 lbs this week and I didn't do anything different except what I was eating.

This is such a hard time of year to watch what you are eating - what tricks do you have to share?

Deb: I found tomatoes are bad for my stomach. I avoid if at all possible. Last time I had some homemade marinara sauce I was in pain for hours.

Not doing to bad, yesterday the office was closed for Remembrance Day so just relaxed, watched some tv and spent a little time on the treadmill. I find if I do more than 30 minutes at one time the stomach cramps start. So now I'm limited to 30 minutes.

Trying to watch my food, spoke to my doctor and have to stay on medication for a month and then go back and see her to see if we need to change medication or keep on this stuff. Will be glad when my stomach stops hurting. So far today is a good day but by the end of the night usually pain or cramps.

Well it's back to work I go, with missing a day I feel behind.

Deb that salad sounds delicious. Hope your results are okay. Food allergies are not good, I have a couple (onions and oranges). I am having issues with dairy right now and find that Almond Fresh is the only thing I can have. It's hard adapting but once you know what the problem is you can fix it.

Had almost a 1 lb gain this week, not good. This ulcer is kicking my butt. On Saturday spent all day on the couch it was so bad. Although I brought my scrapbooking stuff to the couch and managed to get 30 Christmas cards designed. Now onto my next scrapbooking kits to get some pages done. At least it will give me something to do. I've done enough reading this year (50 books so far).

Haven't been able to get much exercise in because of not feeling well. Hopefully it starts getting better soon so I can get back to my exercise. Going to try to do some tonight after supper.

Well better get to work I guess, hope the day goes by quickly. Tomorrow I have the day off because of Remembrance Day so looking forward to that. Was going to go to the service but it's supposed to be -25 tomorrow and I don't think I want to stand outside in that.

How's everyone's weekend going?

I tired a new salad today - I should have ordered the dressing on the side. It was an apple walnut salad with chicken, goat cheese, and dried cranberries. It had a mix of lettuce and spinach. The dressing was a raspberry vinaigrette but I really didn't need as much as they put on it. I have decided that I do like goat cheese - I just hope it doesn't become a food I can't eat.

I had my egd on Wednesday and am waiting for the final results. It is very possible that I have a significant food allergy. The dr even said that it could be contributing to my weight issue since I have had several times when I have gained weight rapidly. I'm concerned but at the same time if it turns out that it is wheat or milk it is going to be hard to adapt. Worth it, I'm sure but hard.

today is the beginning of my new week so will get my menu made. i am making brownies but will share them with the building. the recipe was in my tops magazine. i plan on increase movement and water i will work on journaling better this week too.

Starting to feel better, eating lots of fruits, veggies and digestive cookies or crackers. They make my stomach feel better. There's alot of food I'm not allowed but it's only 6 weeks and then I can try some of those foods again.

Didn't get any exercise in last night but managed to do lots of steps during the day. Sat down last night and finally got the paper cut up to scrapbook my Christmas cards. Haven't done the ones from last year or this year so hopefully now I can get them done. Who knows if I'll get any mailed but will sure try.

Well off to work I go, my goal today is to finish my water and try to do 30 minutes on the treadmill after supper.

Goals for today......
First off Go Vote, then may do a oil change. go to a mall for walking. get those steps in. come home and cook a healthy meal. but supper will have to be left overs as dont want to have too many things in fridge or will have to freeze. getting started is my hardest challenge for moving.

CT - I'm sorry you still aren't feeling well. That stinks. Hopefully this temporary diet will help and you will be back to feeling 100% in no time.

Leslie - WTG on getting in your steps.

I haven't been walking as much but need to back to it. I have an EGD tomorrow to check out this reflux - I won't be surprised if they say it is an ulcer. I did find a supplement that was helping but I haven't been able to take it for a week.

My steps for November haven't been good so far but hoping to get better. Haven't been exercising much because haven't been feeling good. But the doctor thinks she's figured it out. She thinks I have an ulcer so I'm on medication for 6 weeks and a strict diet. Alot of foods I can't have, trying to keep the acid down in my stomach. Lots of fruits and veggies and lean meats. Have had to change how I eat a little. The only thing I'm allowed to drink is water or juice that is not acidic.

Hoping to get back to some of my exercise now that I'm feeling a little better. Barely managed 30 minutes on the weekend but hoping to get it back up to 30 minutes a day or more.

Did manage a little bit of a loss this week which is good. Doctor wants another 20 pounds off but we'll have to see how it goes. I'd be happy to tone up my tummy and arms.

Challenge for November: I prefer steps or miles as that is what my fitbit tracks.

Have had a rough week with my stomach but went to the doctor last night and she's pretty sure it's an ulcer. I'm on ulcer meds for 6 weeks to see if that helps and have to avoid coffee, tea, pop, most juices, chocolate, acidic foods, spicy foods. Very plain diet.

I've probably gained this week as I haven't been able to exercise due to not feeling well. Hopefully the medication kicks in soon and I start to feel better. Going to try some exercise on the weekend if I'm feeling better.

Can you believe that we are at the end of another month? Yikes!
I need to make sure that I weigh in on Monday. Wednesday I am having a medical test to hopefully find out what is going on with all this reflux - I almost hope that something is wrong so that they don't just say Lose weight. I did talk to my dr yesterday and she agreed that we need to change my blood pressure meds so hopefully that will make a difference in how things are moving. I didn't walk today at lunch and need to make sure that I am doing that as often as possible while the weather allows.

Have a happy Halloween and try to stay out of the candy jar!

Deb, I find sometimes even when I'm careful and watch the scale goes up. I try not to pay attention. I've started measuring myself again, I find those numbers better sometimes. But maybe an appointment at the doctor won't hurt.

Still having some stomach problems but I may have figured it out. Doing a test myself to see. Would be nice to get rid of the stomach problems. I've been feeling crappy for months.

Not much planned today. Treated myself to breakfast at Subway this morning. And in the last almost two weeks I've only had one pop which is a record for me. Trying to cut it out and doing pretty good, I'm actually starting to crave plain water.

Well I'm off to work although it's been pretty slow lately. Have a great day.

Im feeling super down on myself today. The scale was up again. I tracked yesterday - even my bad choices - and was in range except for my personal preferred carb range. I was only over by 15 though which shouldn't make a huge difference.

I'm really debating making an appointment with my dr to discuss my bloodpressure pill.

Well made it through the weekend and managed to lose over a pound this week which I'm happy with. It's getting harder to lose now and I have about 20-25 pounds to go to my goal. Was hoping by the end of the year but will be happy being under 170 by the end of the year. The other 20 pounds for next year.

Still having stomach problems. Went to the doctor and she is testing me for celiac disease and a bunch of other stuff. She said I might also have a virus in my intestines or just have sensitive intestines. What that means is I avoid the foods that I know are giving me trouble and then in a few months slowly start adding foods back in to see if I'm having the same trouble.

My 24 hour challenge is to stay within my calorie range, sometimes I struggle with this. No exercise today as I have choir practice after supper and am usually pretty tired after that.

Leslie - You can do it! You can get rid of those last 10 lbs before the end of the year. Keep pushing forward.

CT - Happy Belated Thanksgiving. I bet those pounds will be gone this week. That's great that you have nice weather. It has been cold and rainy here lately. Hopefully today the weather will be nice enough for a walk or two on breaks. I hope the tummy troubles go away soon. I thought I was having a reaction to a med and keep getting sour stomach but it has kept on this time when I stopped the med. I have to go in and have an endoscopy - not looking forward to that.

Shakerattleroll - I'm sorry that you and your son are going through this. I don't have any practical experience with helping him but it sounds like you might be on the right track with the low glycemic diet since that can be done wherever you are at without much accommodation. I know the dr says not to break up the exercise but if he can't go for that it is still better to take 2 15 min walks than none at all. Hang in there and you both CAN do it!

My 24 hour challenge is to track my food and get in some exercise.

Well I gained a little this week but going to blame it on Turkey Thanksgiving Day. Still not feeling great, have a doctor appointment Thursday night. Hoping she can figure it out. Right now I can't have any dairy (no milk, yogurt, cheese etc), coconut dream, rice milk, processed lunch meat and peanut butter (at least Kraft peanut butter). My list of foods that I can have is getting shorter and shorter. At least it forces me to eat healthy. Oh and can't have chocolate either which is hard.

How is everyone else doing? We still have nice weather here, although it's a little cool in the mornings.

HELP PLEASE!!! I don't know where else to go. You all are a part of me as being friends. I truly need help & I need it fast.

Ok let me start by saying this==I have failed my husband & son so terribly. Especially my son the one person I am to protect more but I did not do that. He is 14 -- 6 feet tall & weighs 260 pounds. The doctor told him he needs to exercise more & watch what he is eating because he is still growing more. So you would think this would be a good time for us to do this weight loss journey together -- think again. I am the evil person who mentions that he can only have so much of this or that. It is hard because he is in school so I do not know what he is eating at school (cheaper for it this way than for him to take his lunch) anyways. It is a battle not only for him but for me also. He thinks I have to have everything my way--I have to be in control of everything--I am depriving him of eating things. It doesn't help that my husband snacks on anything & everything he wants. I have tried to explain to him that he can eat what ever in moderation--watch the calories, fats, fiber, protein--read the label to see how much you are allowed at those reading--it doesn't matter for I am in the wrong so you see I have failed him & I truly don't know what to do. He has knee & back problems for I said in front of the doctor that we could go bike riding she said no because of the back issues but no other doctor said that. She says for him to walk 30 minutes at a time no less not able to break it up or anything which makes it hard for when it rains--snows--icy & with homework, bowling for his school, 4-H Leaders meetings etc just is hard & of course again I am the bad for reminding him we need to do it. I told him we could do weight watchers together which I do not have success on but maybe with him I could since I would be more accountable--that doesn't work well because of school & he doesn't totally understand it & we can't afford for us to join, I wanted to do low carbs but again that doesn't work financially or at school then I thought about the low glycemic which I could give him a copy of the list for school & let him go for there but I do not totally understand it. So I truly would appreciate any ideals or help. Has anyone else gone through this??? Thank you sorry so long winded.

Good Morning

was so tired now this morning cant find my glasses. using my cheaters ones. anyways rallies are over just have visits left to do. but today i am going to work on getting to my lowest for the year. it not my goal but for this year it is. I am going to work on the exchange program starting with baby steps. journaling will be my first step. and getting started with exercise. i dont weigh in at tops until october 22.
using last weigh in for starting wt. 209.6 but i am down slightly on my scale and they weigh the same.

aiming to get under 200 again. like to be at lowest for year again before this year ends.

Not doing very good this week, need to try harder. I find I don't care what I eat or how many calories even though I'm tracking every day. Need to get to healthier snacks. I'm fine at home so not sure why I have so much trouble at work.

Looking forward to this weekend as it's Thanksgiving and I have four days off. Going to clean house and maybe get into my scrapbooking room and get things organized. Haven't even done my Christmas cards I bought last year to do.

Well I weighed in this morning, gained a little and I mean a little a whole 2 ounces. Not concerned about it. Ate good on the weekend but not during the week.

At home I am fine because we don't buy food that isn't healthy but at work there are 3 convenience stores a block from where I work so it's easy just to run and grab something if I get the munchies. Also, still can't get rid of the diet pop. I have to try harder. At least I'm down to 4 a week instead of every day.

My goal today is to eat the snacks I brought and not grab a pop or any munchies. I have a green tea smoothie in the freezer at home that I'm going to grab at lunch time and bring for the afternoon. It just has rice milk, powdered green tea and some splenda.

Found out some more about my allergies. The allergy tests have come back negative but I'm still having problems so the nurse thinks that I have an intollerance to some foods and I figured out that it's dairy and lunchmeat that I've been using for my sandwiches. So now when I have a sandwich for lunch it has to be salmon, tuna or a veggie sandwich. I could use cooked chicken too but no processed lunch meat.

My BF was having some chocolate on the weekend (we still have some left over from when he had the chocolate store) so I tried a piece. What a mistake. I was in pain for hours. Won't ever do that again. So can't have chocolate anymore :(

Well I guess I better get to work. Can't wait until the day is over so I can go home, so tired today.

Good Morning

today cleaning day. and also need to do some grocery shopping. fall rally for TOPS is over. i am so happy. lots of work went into the planning of it. but everyone loved it. only complaint is not hearing. but lots of praises of how great it was. not sure how we will do it next year but will worry about that next year as we wont know theme until after SRD. we always have rally theme based on SRD theme.

Oct 1- today i plan to do portion control and journal after oct 4th i will add other things but have to work on fall rally things. I plan to measure and track weight and inches and will take photo too

HI Leslie - how's the new contest going?

I can't believe that tomorrrow is October 1st. This month has flown by. I'm hoping to keep planning our meals for the entire month of October to whittle down some of our pantry. I need to make a list of what we have available so that I can plan around that. Anyone up for a pantry challenge for October?

How is everyone doing?

Lost 4 ounces this week but at least it's a loss. I'm finding it harder to lose now that I've lost so much. Have about 30 pounds to go to make the doctor happy. But I know it will take a while.

Make some homemade bread this weekend, going to try and make pumpernickel next weekend, just need to find a recipe for the bread machine. I actually did good last night, made homemade bread but didn't sample any, my BF did.

Not much else is going on, been doing some house cleaning, can't wait until my mom gets back so she can help me a little. It's hard with no help. My BF has had eye surgery is not allowed to do anything for 6 months. No lifting, no bending, etc. He did help me empty the dishwasher the other day but wasn't feeling good when he was done so I told him not to do it again.

Well I guess I better get to work.

Oh my 24 hour challenge is to get all my water in and eat healthy. I always have problems with Mondays. I weigh in on Monday morning and then I don't watch what I eat and end up over eating.

Oh my - September has passed in a flash! Can you believe that we are heading into the last stretch of 2014 this week? Yikes! We have a quarterly challenge post already started so please join in! Just weigh in on October 1st or close to it :) We can do this!

I hope that some of the old members as well as new members will jump in during the next few months. The end of the year and holidays makes it so hard to stay focused at times. Support from our team members really helps with that.

Well my lactose interolance test came back negative but the nurse said I might be allergic to milk. They'll have to send me for allergy tests to be certain. Going to see my doctor on Thursday night. I started cutting out my dairy and finding other stuff and I'm starting to feel better so it might be an allergy.

Was able to start exercising again this past week as my foot is better. So I finally lost some weight although I had gained a little with not being able to exercise. Glad to see the scale go down again instead of up.

How is everyone else doing?

Scale is down today. i did eat something I shouldn't of but it is down almost a pound. I did chair exercise yesterday. now today i need to get some in before chapter visit,.

CT - That test doesn't sound fun at all. I hope that it helps you figure out what is going on. I never had a test for it - was just told since a kid that I am lactose intolerant. Somedays I can handle more dairy than others. Glad the foot is feeling better.

I have an appt with the gastro today to discuss the increase in reflux symptoms. I hope that he has an answer as I am miserable most days.

I added a team goal so I hope many of you will sign up. Keep stepping!

How is everyone doing?

Had my lactose intolerance test yesterday. It was awful and took 3 hours. I don't know if anyone has had one done yet but they take your blood then make you swallow this chalky liquid then you wait 30 minutes and they take your blood. You do this 4 times, they ended up taking blood 5 times yesterday. My arms are bruised and sore. Last night when I told my mom about the test she said when I was a baby I was allergic to dairy so maybe that's why I'm having problems again. I found some lactose free milk that I tried yesterday and I didn't seem to have any problems so hopefully I can drink that. Need my calcium.

My foot is feeling better too so I'm walking home for lunch (the truck is at the dealership getting some work done) and then if I feel good after supper going to try at least 30 minutes on the treadmill. Gained a little so back over 175 lbs. Need to get back under to maintain my loss I've had so far.

Adjusting to life without kitty but it's sure strange. Still expect to wake up with her in bed or meet me at the door when I come home. The other animals are doing fine too.

Well guess I better get some work done since I'm here. Have a great day.

Morning

Today is my usual weigh in day. Have a chapter visit so i used my scale. it is up today. so new start new plan. starting my 100 day challenge over too. so ending date is december 25 but will make it to last jan 1.

Track food
Track fat grams
Lose 1 percent body weight weekly aimming for 7%
Drink water
Exercise 4 x a week 10 min plus.

will add other exchanges as i become consisitant with these.

Check out the Two for Tuesday thread!
I made my goal of 5000 steps yesterday so hoping to do that again today. I did have to take a walk when we got home from my nephews birthday dinner.

Hope the dr has some answers for you. I hate when you can't figure things out like that. Hopefully it is just the dairy issue. I see the gastro on Thursday because my heartburn has been out of control even on meds. Hoping that he has another med to try to at least get me through the holidays as I don't want to get scoped until next year because of the deductible :)

Had some laser therapy last week on my and it's doing better. Managed 30 minutes on the treadmill on Saturday and Sunday. Hoping to increase it soon and get back on track. I've gained 2 weeks in a row and need to get back under 175.

Eating healthy so far today and my BF is pretty and cooking healthy suppers so I should be good.

I've also decided to go back to choir. I'm not singing yet, just playing the piano. Haven't decided if I want to go every week so I've committed to twice a month to play. Might sing next year but not right now.

Well back to work I go, have a dr appt to try and figure out my stomach problems. Whenever I have dairy it seems I have severe stomach cramps even with taking Lactaid pills so need to see what's going on.

Not a good weekend and unfortunately ate too much because of the stress.

Friday I had the day off work so went into the city and we went grocery shopping. We were home early. Then after supper we were sitting in the living room watching tv and my kitty died. We had planned on taking here in on Saturday but it's still traumatic. We brought her to the vet and we are doing a communal cremation. She went so fast. She was diagnosed with cancerous tumors at the beginning of August but we are so glad she didn't suffer long. She was only 11. The other cats and the dog are doing pretty good, sometimes they look for her. Had to spend the weekend washing all her blankets because they were smelling bad and the one cat wouldn't leave them alone. I also put her kennel downstairs because the one cat and dog kept going over to it.

Eating this weekend was not good. I ate too much and didn't exercise much. But today is a new day and starting over.

Have to make a doctor's appointment as I've been having a lot of stomach problems and I think I've narrowed it down to dairy. Any time I have dairy I have severe stomach cramps. Almost had to go to the hospital one night it was so bad. Yesterday had the same problem but I didn't have dairy. I even started taking Lactaid with my dairy but it doesn't always work.

Well I guess I better get to work, hope you all have a great day.
