SHORT TERM GOAL #1 (BY JULY 14 MY BIRTHDAY)
I will be at 189 or lower by getting exercise at least 10 minutes 5 times a week and by journaling all foods eaten and drinking 64 oz water. I will make menu plan and will add more veggies and fruit into the plan.

MEDIUM TERM GOAL #2 (BY SEPT 15TH) I will be at 175. I will love or tolerate to walk. I will track my exchanges. I will be drinking my water and enjoy eating fruits and veggies and sugar is out of my diet except for an occasional treat.

LONG TERM GOAL #3 (BY DECEMBER 30TH) I will have learn how to maintain my goal weight. I will be an KOPS at TOPS. I will know the exchange so I am able to teach it to others.

SHORT SHORT TERM GOAL #4 (BY JUNE 1) I want to be 5+ pounds down. I want to work the flex diet. Journaling will become easier . Learn new recipes. Put garden in.

Hello all,

My goals for the year are:

Health:
Get to a healthy BMI of 160 lbs
Become more active through geocaching, hiking, and generally moving around

Mind
Continue my college education by completing the Spring class I have already enrolled in, registering for one summer class, and two classes next Fall.

I have many more from short to long, dealing with all sorts of topics, but these are the most important to me right now.

Here is my mini challenges to get to my first goal.
January
walk, when it gets warmer , use dvd, or wii or go to a mall to walk.
any way can exercise start with ten minutes and increase weekly
make a food plan and stick to it
Journal all food that I eat and track it either exchanges or calories
drink water and reduce pop
drink more tea
weigh and measure portions
weigh me daily
measure monthly

My goals for 2014 not resolutions for I am going to succeed

My first goal is to get to my weight loss goal and become a kop
to succeed I need to exercise, follow my eating plan, drink water

exercise needs to be some strength and some cardio and must be consistant

eating plan I will start with the 17 day and then switch to the exchange diet and learn it completely

I need to find a job
I am moving into a senior 55 plus apartment and need to have money coming in
I will get the house I own to get renters in there

I will continue to be a great AC

I am coming out of my shyness and so happy I am improving

I plan to post my goals for each month here and so can you


2013 has been sad but there are some happy times too.
I am down in weight but did gain some
My dad passed away and it been a hard time for all of us to deal with the loss
My sister bought a hgouse and decided to live here in Minnesota
My niece had a baby
My son got a good job which he likes
He got in car accident so now he gets new car.
My cousin is in a group home where he is treated awesome
