RULES:

2. WHEN TEAMS HAVE AN UNEVEN AMOUNT OF PEOPLE, CHRIS WILL GET THE RANDOM SELECTION PRIOR TO WEIGH IN AND INFORM SYN WHICH TEAM MEMBER WILL NOT COUNT.
3. "BIGGEST LOSER CHAMPION" IMAGE WILL BE OFFERED TO THE TEAM MEMBERS WHO HAVE THE LARGEST PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOSS FOR THE QUARTER. THEY CAN POST IT AS THEIR IMAGE FOR THE FOLLOWING QUARTER, AND THEN CHANGE IT. WE WILL ALL BE WINNERS, SO THE SECOND TEAM CAN USE A "I LOST XX AMOUNT OF POUNDS" IMAGE!!!
4. EACH MEMBER OF THE TEAM WHO HAS THE LOWER PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOSS MUST SEND A SPARK GOODIE WITH A NOTE OF CONGRATULATIONS TO THE TEAM MEMBERS WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNT OF WEIGHT LOSS BY FRIDAY OF THE SAME WEEK.
5. THOSE TEAM MEMBERS WHO DO A LAST CHANCE WORKOUT ON THE WEEKEND (SAT OR SUN) PRIOR TO WEIGH IN, WILL RECEIVE A CONGRATULATIONS MESSAGE FROM THEIR TEAM LEADER! WOOT WOOT!!!
IFor example: if you weigh 250 pounds and you lost 3 pounds your percentage would be 3 divided by 250 times 100 which would equal 1.2%. YOU MUST POST YOUR WEIGHT AND WEIGHT LOSS AMOUNT SO THAT THE TEAM NUMBERS CAN BE CALCULATED!!!
