had a bad couple of days think scale will go up good think going to mo srd will get remotivated
ours is in may so march is agreat time to go I really want to lose to be under 200 and maybe even get to my goal. not sure if able to go ird next year but may hold off registaring so can graduate at ird
I feel like jack splat as my dad needs to eat more and I want to eat less but so hard when have to cook or want to cook 2 different ways

Last chance work out for me tonight!!! I am going to to try to get in 3 miles tonight! I've been very sore this week, which means I've been working muscle!
Also tonight I have to finish filling out paperwork to start college in May. I'm so nervous, it's completely ridiculous! I can and will do this! I WILL keep working out because I'm feeling so great (and more ambitious) when i do workout. Even when I only do a mile!
Tomorrow we are expected a couple inches of snow. Normally I would think that was not a big deal but we haven't had a lot here this yearand people forget how to drive when we do get it! And then tomorrow night I'm going out with 3 girlfriends to see One For the Money. We all read the books so it should be a fantastic time!

got a inch of snow covering did some snow shoveling scaping of ice off windowshield and icee down so no one falls home scale down some today. got some phone calls done today tomorrow hoping to get started on my exercise (me) plan still waiting for some of my w2 so can start my taxes plan on doing some for a few friends. used to do some for friends at h and r but had to quit as I am my dads caregiver now.

Hey Green Team!
We are doing awesome - I'm so proud of each and every one of you putting in the effort and determination to support our team and do your part! There is strength in numbers and definitely in being accountable to each other. I feel blessed to have you with me to make this green team #1!
I got the go-ahead from the doc to begin strength training again - but I am so darn sore from bowling - my thighs are killing me! I feel it big time every time I get up and sit down. Maybe if I force myself to do it it will help me be not as sore? Hmmm.....

Good Morning Green Team!
-4lb loss for me for the week! Cindy and Chris-My last chance work out was last night! I didn't even really have to talk myself into doing it! Woohoo!
How is everyone else doing? Any fun plans for the weekend? We are expecting snow today and my daughter is playing in the Pep Band tonight at the High School Basketball game at halftime! Then just a free for all weekend after that! I'll be planning meals, cleaning and exercising!

Hey all!
Going strong today! Has anyone tried the Sobe drinks? I love them! And they are a great addition to drinking water if you want a little flavor!
It's a sunny day here today and was supposed to reach 30. Tomorrow our high is supposed to be 8! BRRRRR!!!!

Cindy-Yuck to the cool, gray and rainy. We got our first "real" snow of the year last night. 1-3 inches depending on where you are at. It took me an hour to get to work! Gotta love Iowa drivers! LOL!

On the thread the beginning weight and week 2 weight is the same weight so when we post this week it will be in the week 3 line. I just checked the purple team and this is how they are doing it.
