September 2013 I commit to:

- veggies, fruits and protein every day and stay within my limits at least 5 days out of 7
- mom's desert only on Sunday when we have family dinner
- increase exercise to ST 3xweek and cardio 3xweek (amount of time and reps whatever I can for now)
- journal food
- post daily comments pertaining to the day's topic and other events
- encourage others

February almost over so will post March goals

lose 5-10 pounds

continue journaling on line
no eating after 7pm
drink water 64 oz
do chapter visits
Continue to post
make me time
excercise exercise exercise
make plan for eating and follow through
measure when able
figure out plan and follow thru
less sitting more activity

go bowling swimming or walking so mike can get excercise too
as weather warms get started with walking group

*drink a spinach smoothie each afternoon instead of munching
*exercise 20-30 minutes per day
*drink 72 ounces of water

track my food intake and exercise and meet my goals 90% of the time
post on the team thread at least once a day, try for two a day 90% of the time
refocus and tell OWs when I'm having a hard time to get the help I need

This month I will get back in the game! I will eat healthy, nutritious, non-processed food in smaller portions. I will exercise daily and I will lose a total of 13 pounds by January 31, 2013.

1. 5 Pounds off this week & 20 for March!
2. Walk on the treadmil at least 20 min 3 X/Week
3. Drink 3 glasses of water daily
