Now that we have all made our New Years resolutions and if you are like me probably have already modified them and changed them all together.
Most of us want to start out the new year with fresh and ambitious plans that many times get waylaid by our everyday lives. Then we start to get mad at ourselves for not sticking to it.
I am giving everyone a get out of jail card, when you start getting mad instead get happy!
So what if you didn't get that 5 mile walk in today, there is still the walk or exercise you did do and tomorrow you can pick yourself and get back on track. This is not a excuse to throw of the reins and go completely off your plan but gives you the right (which you always had) to be human.
So Happy New Year not resolutions and keep on sparking!!!!
