Anything that takes my fancy --- generally oatmeal in the Winter months --- fresh fruit in the summer months for the most part. Sometimes eggs & turkey sausage. Always with a "cuppa" tea!

Most days of the week I have oatmeal scrambled with egg whites, fruit and nuts. I also do overnight oatmeal with Greek yogurt, fruit and nuts or sometimes will have an omelet or protein pancakes. My breakfasts are often my biggest meal of the day and help keep me good and fueled.

My name's Tina. I lost more than 90 pounds between March 2010 and March 2012 and have been keeping if off ever since.

I usually have fruit, oatmeal, and toast with fresh squeezed orange juice. We do not drink coffee in our home! emoticon
