Most days of the week I have oatmeal scrambled with egg whites, fruit and nuts. I also do overnight oatmeal with Greek yogurt, fruit and nuts or sometimes will have an omelet or protein pancakes. My breakfasts are often my biggest meal of the day and help keep me good and fueled.
My name's Tina. I lost more than 90 pounds between March 2010 and March 2012 and have been keeping if off ever since. Had a baby at the end of April 2016 and am working to get back to my pre baby form, or at least as close to it as I realistically can!
