I have never used cast iron but I swear by my All Clad. They have stood the test of time and I like how evenly they seem to heat. I was so thrilled that when my daughter got married recently that her grandparents bought her an All Clad ten piece set. SCORE!
Oh, and it came with a FREE All Clad lasagna pan!

I absolutely love my All Clad pots and pans. I've had them for many, many years now and they still look brand new. They cook very evenly and they are pretty, too. Heavy and well balanced but not "too" heavy.

My husband and I are in the process of buying some new pots. In the past we bought the cheap stuff, now we are ready to move into our new home and we want a good set of pots to cook in. Any suggestions?
