ON's products are amazing... The protein is super yummy and the nutritional numbers are good too. Its a lil' to costly for us; so we have opted for the alternative dymatize protein elite (which has whey and casein). You can get it at most any GNC...

Hope that helps.... :o)

My Allmax Isoflex whey protein came in. It's goog stuff. Made a protein shake with it last night and some protein cookies this morning.

Recently, Ruben has recommended Allmax When Isolate Protein to me. Good flavor and not super expensive.

I know variations of this question has been asked numerous times but I would like to hear suggestions from nutritionists and cooks.
What whey protein do you prefer?
And
Does anyone have an opinion on On's Platinum Hydro Whey. The turbo chocolate has one of the best tasting chocolates I've tried. Is hydro whey safe?
