Great for in between snack... light and healthy ...(Low carb)
Romaine lettuce Deli-meat: ham, turkey, chicken, etc. Low fat cheese Red Roasted peppers Diced tomatoes, cucumbers (optional) Green onions or sliced red onions Hummus (... my favorite is: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (Aztec brand)
Spread the lettuce with the hummus and add the meat, cheese, peppers, onions, etc...; add salt/coarse black pepper if desired and roll-up.
I like to use chicken breast tenders(frozen) Frozen stir fry from (costco). I get ziploc steamer bags and fill with frozen vegi's chicken minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of low sodium terriaki sauce. Microwave for 6 to 7 mins. Ready to eat. Makes a great lunch.
My fave snack is Greek yogurt with some honey, fruit, and granola or Fiber-One cereal.

Nancy Anne, I don't buy frozen veggies because they always seem mushy after they've been cooked. Am I doing something wrong? I notice this even if I use the wok. Maybe I just prefer the real crunch and crispiness of fresh veggies. Would love to be able to have frozen on hand for a backup!
Frozen chicken breast strips, Frozen mixed veggies, and Italian seasonings tossed into some hot olive oil in a wok and stir-fried until hot. I add some shredded parmesan and the end. Can or cannot serve over rice.
