I try not to use too much salt but I do use it in moderation, I don't like bland food. I also use a lot of spices, herbs and favored vinegars.

I choose love, joy and freedom, open my heart and allow wonderful things to flow into my life.
I use to be a "salt junkie" I put salt on everything, even before I tasted my food I would grab the salt shaker and just "pour". Since giving up sodium I've noticed that I'm not bloated and my face & stomach isn't puffy. Good Luck!

I am certainly happy to hear that because you are absolutly right there is enough to keep track of.
My feeling is that unless hypertension is an issue for you, don't worry about salt. The body will closely regulate it's sodium levels and we are worrying about enough points to keep track of without having to count sodium content, as well.
Maybe someone else will disagree with me, though.

I have great difficulty with my salt intake.
All my other nutrients are pretty much bang on where i want them to be except the salt it can go as high as 3500 mg per day.
Will this hurt my health in the long run if everything else is in check and also doing intese cardio and weights ? Or can my body handle this much salt ?
