My husband makes ramen, but he makes it with a ton of veggies and adds vinegars and spices so it's really good. If you had a real ramen you might be impressed.

My son puts them in his Ramen noodles. Yuck, ramen, I know, but he is a teenager, can't tell him anything!

You can use it just like soy sauce. The links I have to recipes on the Braggs site aren't working, so here is another link to some recipes that include Braggs Liquid Aminos foreverhealthy.net/html/archives/rec

I've seen this in the health food stores and the "healthy" section of my grocery store.

What exactly are they and how do you use them do you keep it raw or can you add it to cooked recipes?

Picked up some Bragg's Aminos at the grocery store yesterday! My fiance is doing the gluten free thing for a month to see if it helps with some problems he has been having. He also cut out vinegar, sugars, and fruits!! I found a recipe I wanted to try in Runner's World, but it called for soy sauce, so I'm using it as a substitute and giving it a shot!!

If you can't find them locally, there are online sources for all of the Braggs products. Amazon.com is one, but you have to buy quite a bit to get free shipping.

Thanks for the information Ruben! Will I be able to find these at the grocery store? Or is it something that can be ordered online? The reason I ask is that, unfortunately the nearest whole foods or trader joes is about 2 1/2 hours away from me. Thanks!

A post was posted today on Braggs Aminos, and as in the post I wanted to reiterate about this product being great for an alternative to soy sauce. Someone else had mentioned low sodium tamari which as I chef I love. As a nutrition professional I love Braggs. If you havent tried it give a shot. They are both wonderful products.
