I ate a salad with my dinner and the dressing added some extra calories also. I couldnt eat more than that. I was still under by about 150 calories but I just couldnt eat anymore yesterday. My body is adjusting to me eating smaller portions and my salad at lunch just doesnt have a lot of calories. It adds up to about 250 calories all together. I am going to have to find something I like that will add to my calorie intake at lunch. Maybe I will add a small sandwich or something.

I am were you are right now I have eaten 925 calories for the day and have already eaten dinner. I am probably going to eat a bowl of cereal here in a little bit just to get me up to where I need to be. You need to eat and stay in your calorie range.

Maybe check to see if you have hit your other marks...you know calcium, protein, fiber. If not, add something that will get you there as well. A tall glass of chocolate milk used to be one of my favorites when I needed more calcium and protein but also wanted a sweet chocolate fix.

That's exactly what I did today. Icecream is my biggest vice, so I try to treat myself to it as often as possible, and I try to save plenty of calories to allow for it!

Way to go with keeping your calories low today! Definitely reward yourself with some bonus calories to make sure you hit your bottom number and enjoy the treat!!!

After logging all my food in for the day I have only consumed 905 calories. My target is 1200-1550 daily. Should I just leave it alone and aim for better results tomorrow. I am hungry right now but dinner is cooking so I dont want to eat anything right now.
